As a Maintenance Operative, you'll play a key role in keeping the site running smoothly:
Carry out general maintenance and support tradespeople on site
Assist with contractor escorting and provide a professional support service
Complete DIY tasks such as decorating, basic repairs, and furniture assembly
Check appliances and fittings, reporting any issues promptly
Maintain good housekeeping, including outdoor upkeep and landscaping
Support with general facilities duties as directed by the team managerWhat we're looking for:
We're looking for a reliable and motivated Maintenance Operative who:
Has experience as a Handyman or within general maintenance or Labourer roles
Is willing to learn new skills and develop within the role
Works well as part of a team
Has good time management and organisation skills
