Test Manager - £400 to £420 outside IR35 - Leatherhead (Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office)
Please note: This is a 9‑month contract, and candidates must be able to commute to the office three days per week.
Key responsibilities:
* Own and deliver end‑to‑end test strategy across complex programmes
* Build and maintain scalable, cloud‑based automation frameworks
* Embed automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
* Drive regression coverage, quality gates, and continuous improvement
* Validate dashboards, KPIs, and analytical outputs against source data
* Own Test and Defect management using tools such as Jira & Zephr
* Produce clear test metrics and governance‑level reporting
Experience & Skills
* Hands‑on expertise in test automation, CI/CD, and cloud platforms
* Confident operating at senior stakeholder and governance level
* Practical experience with Jira, Zephyr, or similar test tools
