Test Automation Lead - 3 month contract - Outside IR35 Outside IR35 Jersey (Must be willing to travel 3 days per month) Start Date: 1st April 3 Month Contract We are seeking an experienced Test Automation Lead to oversee all testing activities for a major Business Central (ERP) implementation and its integrations. This is a senior role responsible for test strategy, planning, execution oversight, defect management, and go-live readiness, ensuring full end-to-end quality across functional and non-functional testing. Key Responsibilities: Define and manage the Test Strategy and Master Plan Oversee SIT, UAT, and Non-Functional Testing Lead defect triage and risk management Provide weekly reporting and governance updates Support go-live, closure reporting, and hypercare Experience Required: Strong background in ERP testing Experience with integration/API testing Knowledge of performance and security testing Experience using JIRA, X-Ray, and Confluence
