Our client is one of the UK’s leading distributor and is looking for a Key Account Manager to trust with their large spend clients. You will become the primary contact for all key accounts whilst also exploring the reseller markets.
This Key Account Manager role will have you actively growing the brand name, managing large spend accounts from initial enquiry through to close of sale and post sale relationship management.
For this role, sales exposure is essential.

This Key Account Manager role will hold the following responsibilities:
To conduct outbound calls, emails and follow up on any new prospecting activities to generate new leads.
Building a LinkedIn platform to engage current and new clients
To Serve as the primary point of contact for Key & Reseller accounts
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
To support with quotations and the processing of incoming sales orders
To identify/ promote new product listing opportunities within the reseller account base to drive sales growth
To understand the needs of your accounts and secure as their Preferred Supplier
Set up individual account contract strategies
Working closely with sales, design and distribution teams
The ideal candidate for this Key Account Manager role will have:
Previous sales account management and business development exposure is essential.
A natural passion for relationship building
Previous high spend key account management experience
Previous customer service experience is essential
Previous experience liaising with external and internal stakeholders
Attentive and previous quoting experience
Full UK Driving License due to rural location
