The Role Were looking for an organised and proactive Scheduler to join our busy operations team. Youll play a key part in delivering top-tier service by coordinating appointments, supporting trades teams, and assisting residents with care and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Arrange and reschedule appointments with residents
Communicate with customers and resolve queries
Use planning tools and job management systems
Work closely with supervisors and tradespeople
