To provide actionable insights through data analysis that drive decision-making and improve performance within the Customer Care function. This role is ideal for a graduate with a numerate degree who is passionate about data and eager to develop their career in analytics. Key Responsibilities Collect, analyse, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and opportunities. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions to business challenges. Assist in building predictive models and conducting statistical analyses. Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders. Continuously improve analytical processes and methodologies. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in data analytics. Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SQL, Python, or R desirable. Excellent communication skills for translating complex data into clear insights. Proactive, curious, and adaptable mindset. Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities. Qualifications & Experience A numerate degree (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science). Basic programming knowledge (SQL, Python, or R preferred). Previous experience in analytics (internship or academic projects) advantageous but not essential.
