The Job & Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a high performing Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join our successful team at Shires in Haverhill, as part of a modern, innovative company. We seek someone with the ability to perform at a consistently high level through the application of talent and hard work, impress every customer and make their dreams come true
Your responsibilities include enquiry registration, maintaining regular contact with applicants, generating and conducting viewings whilst securing applications & offers to achieve both sales and lettings targets each month.
You must be positive, tenacious, persuasive and competitive whilst being skilled in communication, selling, time management and being a team player.
Experience of the Sales & Lettings environment will be an advantage but is not essential.

The Package:
The basic salary is between £24,000 & £25,000 with realistic OTE of £40,000.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 - 5:30 and alternate Saturdays 9:00 - 1:00. Where the Saturday is worked, the time off in lieu is taken during the week.
