Introduction
As we continue to grow our Customer Service advisor population in Edinburgh we are now searching for Quality Checkers to support our site.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering fantastic customer service and use their innovation to enhance and improve the experience we give customers across our main routes to market (Voice, Email and Chat). A willingness to share expertise and collaborate well with the wider operational team is essential. Your keen eye for detail will be required to enhance our customer’s experience on our products and service via email, chat and user survey quality checking and you’ll have the soft skills knowledge to develop our voice channel.
This role is all about leading by example, keeping your own knowledge up to date with changes and sharing your knowledge and quality data reports with the Team Leaders and Operations in the business. The applicants should be keen to work as part of a team to share their expertise on Trip.com’s systems, processes and standards and improve the current on-boarding process at Trip.com.
Work hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 – 17:00. The standard working pattern will be 37.5 hours per week (5 days per week).
Please note that this is an on-site role and its a maternity cover until 31 March 2024 with a possibility to extend the contract.
Salary: starts from £27,000 dependent on experience
Please note that no visa sponsorship is available, and candidates will need to be based in Edinburgh or within a commutable distance.
