Theatre Manager role at Ramsay Health Care UK – Euxton Hall Hospital & Buckshaw Hospital. Full time.

Responsibilities
* Provide direction and leadership to a multi-disciplinary theatre team.
* Deliver high-quality perioperative care in a supportive environment with excellent facilities.
* Build strong relationships with consultants, senior teams, healthcare professionals and patients.
* Inspire, develop and motivate your team, driving performance and supporting hospital initiatives.
* Contribute to ongoing development through Ramsay Academy and ongoing professional growth.
What You’ll Bring With You
* Registered clinical practitioner with the appropriate governing body (NMC/HCPC).
* Experience in managing a busy theatre environment.
* Ideally, teaching and assessment skills, as well as ILS/ALS.
* A professional management qualification would be an advantage.
