The Role
This hybrid role blends product management, technical agronomy, and commercial support. You’ll lead the development and validation of our sprout suppressant products, manage trials, provide field and technical support to customers, and help shape our product roadmap. If you’re passionate about crop science and enjoy working hands-on in the field as well as strategically, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
* Lead product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for sprout suppressant solutions
* Plan, run, and analyse trials across Europe
* Provide technical and agronomic support to farmers, storage operators, and partners
* Support installation, calibration, and operation of Restrain equipment
* Collaborate with engineering, commercial, and agronomy teams to improve products
* Represent the company at field days, technical events, and customer meetings
* Collect and interpret data to feed into product development and market insights
What We’re Looking For
* Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Plant Science, or related discipline
* Strong practical understanding of crop production and storage (potatoes/fresh produce preferred)
* Experience managing agronomic or field trials and analysing data
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
* Strong IT and data analysis capability
* Full driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across Europe
* Additional European languages, BASIS qualification, or knowledge of post-harvest physiology is a plus
