Project Co-Ordinator – St Ives, Cambridgeshire - £25000 (Office Based)
Our client a Building Services Consultancy are expanding their support division and currently require a Project Co-Ordinator to join our existing team. This vital role ensures the smooth running of engineering operations and acts as the key link between clients, engineers, and management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule all work for Engineers, ensuring project SLAs are met
* Act as the escalation point of contact for clients
* Maintain monthly project reports using internal software
* Manage incoming calls and attend management meetings
* Ensure all quotes are entered into the system
* Track and verify completion of worksheets and incoming paperwork

Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a business administration role
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient in using internal systems and software
* Full UK driving licence
