We are looking for a Housekeeper to work at our residential care home based in Hackenthorpe, S12.
Hours: Bank work, various hours per week
Shift Pattern: 7:30am to 3:00pm, this includes weekends (usually alternate) and bank holiday work
Pay: £13.68 per hour (£12.21 per hour plus a £1.47 holiday uplift)
All new team members are required to attend an induction at our training room in S13 prior to starting work in the care home. These are run every three weeks, starting on a Monday between 9:30am until 4:30pm.

The job role:
To maintain high standards of cleanliness within all areas of the care home
To ensure that all communal areas such as dining rooms, lounges and bathrooms are kept to a high standard, and comply with infection control guidelines
To maintain the cleanliness and hygiene standards in our resident’s rooms, whilst making sure to respect the privacy, dignity and individual needs of everyone we support
To set and clear tables and help with simple preparation and serving of meals
To safely store all equipment and cleaning materials
To support positive relationships with our residents, their families, colleagues and professionals
To uphold the Sheffcare values

To attend regular training where required
