The main purpose of the role is to ensure the ongoing development, management, and support of the housing management systems to the business. Further day-to-day activities include ensuring that the business systems team are fully skilled, developed and led; line management duties; task allocation; managing the troubleshooting of faults with the system or processes; third party supplier management; business process re-engineering and aligning technology with business needs; managing SLAs; and managing system support and administration, workflow/form design, UAT, training & upgrades. Must Have Experience working in am Applications Manager/Lead, Business Systems Manager, Applications Manager, Applications Team Leader, or Line Management capacity. Previous experience working in an applications consultancy or implementation capacity (implementation/upgrade, build, configuration, testing, training, support) on a project to install or upgrade commercial software applications. Experience of systems configuration, fault diagnosis, and troubleshooting. IT Support, Service Delivery and SLA/KPI management experience A working knowledge on information security. Knowledge of RDBMS and data interrogation. Experience with a Social Housing Management Systems (Such as MRI Enterprise/Orchard Housing/ Capita OPENHousing/One Housing, Aareon QL, NEC Housing, Civica Cx, MIS ActiveH, DRS, TotalMobile, Plentific, Keystone, Pimss, or similar etc). Nice To Have Business/Systems Analysis experience including requirements gathering, process mapping, process analysis and improvement. SQL scripting for data interrogation. BI Reporting (using one of SSRS, Power BI, Business Objects, Crystal Reports, etc). Object-oriented analysis and design.
