Key Responsibilities
* Managing a mixed caseload of private family law matters.
* Handling divorce, financial remedy, private children matters, and cohabitation disputes.
* Drafting statements, consent orders, agreements, and court applications.
* Conducting advocacy where appropriate.
* Building strong client relationships and supporting the firm’s business development initiatives.
* Working closely with senior solicitors and partners on complex cases.
Key Skills & Experience
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in family law (NQ to Senior considered).
* Experience handling private family matters.
* Strong communication, drafting, and client-care skills.
* Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.
* A proactive, empathetic, and commercially minded approach.
