We are looking for a skilled Unvented Plumber to join a dynamic maintenance team in Hertfordshire. As a key member of the maintenance division, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality carpentry work and multi-trade services to local authority or housing association clients.
Responsibilities:
Installing, servicing, and maintaining unvented hot water cylinders.
Carrying out repairs and replacements on domestic plumbing systems, including pipework, valves, taps, and sanitary ware.
Fitting and commissioning new bathroom and kitchen plumbing systems in void or occupied properties.
Identifying and rectifying plumbing faults, leaks, and issues with hot water systems efficiently.
Using pressure testing and system checks to ensure system integrity.
Communicating effectively with tenants, explaining work carried out and ensuring minimal disruption.
Completing all job sheets, reports, and compliance documentation accurately using handheld PDA systems or mobile apps.Requirements:
Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating
