Office Manager / Executive Assistant
Up to £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
Location: West End. Employment type: Full‑time or part‑time.
About the Role
An exciting opportunity to join a leading talent advisory firm and support the day‑to‑day running of the office. This hands‑on, varied role combines office management, executive support, and broader operational involvement.
Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for the office
* Oversee and improve day‑to‑day office operations, including managing office access and ensuring security protocols are followed
* Manage office budgets, maintain office systems, and ensure health and safety compliance
* Provide diary and inbox management for selected SLT members
* Manage expenses
* Assist with report preparation and correspondence drafting
* Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
* Assist with HR, marketing and events activities
* Assist with general operational and administrative tasks
Candidate Specification
* Previous experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant or similar administrative support role
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Able to take ownership of tasks and be the "go‑to" person in the office
Salary up to £50,000 (pro‑rata for part‑time). Fully office‑based.
