About the Role We are seeking a motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our senior team. This is a key leadership role within the organisation, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Finance and Administration team, providing line management, supervision, and support for staff development and performance. Oversee all financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and month-end processes. Prepare accurate monthly management accounts, forecasts, and financial reports. Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making. Manage budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Maintain robust financial controls, policies, and compliance with accounting standards. Liaise with auditors, banks, external partners, and internal stakeholders. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance metrics. Support system improvements, process optimisation, and digital transformation initiatives. Skills & Experience: ACCA, CIMA, or AAT/ACA qualified (or equivalent). Proven experience in a Finance Manager or Senior accounting role. Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
