Current Vacancies
College Events Coordinator (full time or flexible working opportunities)
Leading the planning and delivery of small to medium-sized internal events, while supporting major College occasions such as Speech Day, Graduation, and the Festival of Education. A responsibility to manage internal venue and function bookings in collaboration with the wider team. This role suits someone with hands-on event experience, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach.
What We're Looking For
We welcome applications from individuals who:
* Have experience in events, hospitality, education, or a busy administrative environment.
* Are confident using Microsoft Office and might be familiar with systems such as Kinetics (Kx) or other hotel/venue booking software, website management, CRM, or ticketing platforms.
* Are organised, self-motivated, and able to work flexibly—including specific pre-set evenings and weekends during event periods.
* Communicate clearly and professionally with a wide range of stakeholders.
* Demonstrate the College's core values of Kindness, Integrity, Respect, Responsibility, and Courage in all they do.
Desirable but not essential qualifications include a degree, apprenticeship or vocational qualification in events, hospitality, or marketing, and experience working in an educational or heritage setting.
