Teaching Personnel are working with an Alternative Provision in Daventry who are seeking to appoint an Engagement Coach on a 12 month FTC.
In this role, you'll be a vital pastoral and behavioral support figure, helping students develop the self-regulation, motivation, and positive habits they need to succeed.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver daily one-on-one sessions to help students with emotional regulation, goal setting, and behavior reflection
Assist BTEC tutors by managing behavior and helping students stay engaged in their vocational sessions
Create strong, consistent relationships with students who have experienced educational trauma or instability
Use restorative and relational approaches to promote a safe and respectful learning environment
Help deliver physical activities, enrichment, and community-based learning sessions
Hours: Term-time only, 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
