Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and be proficient in various computer applications. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing support to staff and maintaining efficient office processes.

Responsibilities

* Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
* Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring excellent phone etiquette
* Maintain accurate records through data entry and clerical tasks
* Assist in the preparation of reports and documents using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
* Process invoices and manage financial records using XERO
* Organise office supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary materials are readily available
* Provide administrative support to team members as required, fostering a collaborative work environment

Skills

* Previous office experience is essential, with a strong background in administrative roles
* Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
* Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
* Excellent phone etiquette to communicate professionally with clients and colleagues
* Attention to detail in data entry and record keeping
* Clerical experience that demonstrates capability in managing office duties efficiently
