Responsibilities
* Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
* Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring excellent phone etiquette
* Maintain accurate records through data entry and clerical tasks
* Assist in the preparation of reports and documents using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
* Process invoices and manage financial records using XERO
* Organise office supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary materials are readily available
* Provide administrative support to team members as required, fostering a collaborative work environment
Skills
* Previous office experience is essential, with a strong background in administrative roles
* Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
* Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
* Excellent phone etiquette to communicate professionally with clients and colleagues
* Attention to detail in data entry and record keeping
* Clerical experience that demonstrates capability in managing office duties efficiently
