Our engineering client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their Human Resources team. The organization requires a candidate capable of streamlining the recruitment procedures and processes to enhance operational efficiency. This individual will also lead the recruitment function, thereby enabling the current team to focus on generalist HR responsibilities.
12 month maternity cover initially.
Salary = £35-40k +benefits package.
The role could be part time (minimum 3 days per week) if preferred.

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of in-house recruitment experience and be able to develop recruitment processes and procedures. Experience in engineering or manufacturing is advantageous but not required.

This is a hybrid role that necessitates three days in the office.
