Overview
Administration Team Leader to join the Delivery team at our Bristol branch, based in Portbury. The team covers the posting, cleaning and maintenance of advertising units across the South West, along with the management of high levels of stock in the busy depot.
Responsibilities
* Management/organisation of administration team tasks via emails, calendars and meetings
* Performance management and training/support for the administration team
* Monthly checks on administration tasks to ensure consistency and provide feedback on issues
* Inserting and amending employee details and managing absence records in HR/Payroll systems
* Interrogation of financial and statistical databases to assist the operations manager in preparing reports on SLAs and KPIs
* Preparation and management of Excel spreadsheets to identify end-of-year costs for the branch
* Assist with construction tasks which can include TM plans, permits and Pro Maps
* Daily updating of databases; travel arrangements and overnight stays for staff within the branch
* Raising Purchase Orders and Sundry Requests; liaising with customers, councils and contractors regarding accounts and follow-up enquiries
* Updating spreadsheets for national and regional stock; arranging transport for stock transfers between branches
* Liaison with Delivery Team Leaders for ordering stock and maintaining cost/discrepancy spreadsheets
* Preparation of Purchase Orders and Sundry Requests; updating accounts spreadsheets across service areas
* Maintaining H&S records to ensure staff are up to date with training
* Ensuring the office/branch is stocked with stationery, PPE, beverages
* Ordering maintenance stock on behalf of the Maintenance Team Leader
* PPE inspections and Eco-online updates
Skills And Experience We Require
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Experience supervising employees and/or a team
* A proactive and hands-on approach to the role
* IT literate with Microsoft Office knowledge
* Strong Excel skills
* Confident and flexible work ethic

* A salary of £30,850 per annum
* A 37.5 hour working week, Monday-Friday
