An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Relationship Manager to join the CC&D team

The job in a nutshell:

To be responsible for the management of several client accounts and respond to new sales enquires as and when required.

To have an excellent knowledge of all aspects of managing new and existing projects, including product development, to assist clients in meeting their requirements.

To work as a team, sharing with team colleagues the collective responsibility for the effective and efficient delivery of the high-quality service and products for which Contract Candles & Diffusers Ltd is renowned.

Key Responsibilities:

* To build long and lasting business relationships with existing and new clients resulting in an increase in the range of products manufactured for each client
* To act as an ambassador for Contract Candles and Diffusers, promoting the company at all relevant opportunities
* To identify and follow-up any opportunities to broaden the current client base
* To act as a Relationship Manager and Project Manager across a portfolio of several client accounts, building a strong engagement with key stakeholders within these accounts
* To arrange and attend meetings, both on and off site, for new and existing clients
* To report to the Head of Business Relationship on all new sales enquires, and any product development required for new and existing clients
* To organise and schedule meetings to facilitate new product development in line with sales enquires, for new and existing clients.
* To be responsible for the accurate compilation of new product quotations and critical paths in line with client enquiries and briefs
* To project manage internal departments, clients and any other 3rd parties to ensure that high quality samples and finished products are delivered to the client on time
* To manage and resolve any production issues in such a way as to balance the best-interest of the company with that of the client
* To attend scheduled meetings organised by other members of the BR and Senior Management Team where applicable
* To oversee first production start-up of new products including carrying out product inspection to ensure that the specifications and customer requirements are achieved
* To review each completed project, suggest improvements where necessary for future projects
* To facilitate the investigation of customer complaints received by clients and respond accordingly
* To assist in the resolution of technical, regulatory and quality issues where applicable
* To facilitate a bi-weekly client order forecast to provide a long-term view for the business as well as ensuring all systems data match
* Embrace the company's mission statement and commitment to a sustainable future, at all times considering our impact on the environment, making suggestions for improvements where relevant
* Carry out and any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time
* To be responsible for customer re-orders and reviewing costings
* To ensure that Contract Candles and Diffusers confidentiality, and our customer confidentiality, is maintained at all times
* Ensure that client confidentiality is maintained at all times
* Ensure that all working practices comply with Health and Safety Legislation

What you need to be successful:

* Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal
* The ability to handle multiple demands, to be self-managing and to work under pressure
* You must be a confident people person able to influence & communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
* Have the ability to gain respect and credibility from peers
* Time and self-management skills are a must - you will be used to working to deadlines
* Demonstrate strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to listen, discuss and advise
* We are a large, busy organization and not only must you be able to work as part of a team but be able to work using your own initiative making critical decisions when necessary
* Flexibility – be able to react and respond positively to changes in priority and workload
* Must have a high level of competency in at least Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £32,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
