Seeking an experienced Resource Manager to step into a Senior who works within the legal sector or professional services.
As a Senior Resource Manager, you'll play a strategic role in managing how work is allocated across our Real Estate teams. Your focus will be on fair, skills-based allocation, creating equal opportunities for team members, and supporting their professional growth. By matching individuals to the right work, you'll help boost engagement, performance, and retention.
You will collaborate closely with Partners, HR, and Learning & Development to identify training and wellbeing needs, manage capacity, and drive more effective collaboration. A key part of this role will also be supporting the implementation and ongoing improvement of a new resource management tool, ensuring data-led decisions and streamlined processes.
Key Responsibilities Partner & Leadership Engagement
* Build trusted relationships with Partners and Team Leads to understand their priorities and resourcing needs.
* Join key team meetings to provide real-time insights and updates on resource availability and allocation.
* Share weekly utilisation and capacity reports, flagging challenges early and recommending solutions.
