Required as soon as possible Reference: 7958 We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ABA Tutor to work one to one with a child who has an EHCP. You will be supporting a child with an EHCP on a one to one basis. You will work within the Specialist Support Unit at the school alongside a supportive and specialist team and you will have a drive and passion for inclusion. Knowledge and experience of working as an ABA Tutor is desirable with prior experience in implementing Applied Behaviour Analysis programmes. You will work closely with a supervising Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and the specialist provision team to deliver individualised teaching and behaviour support programmes. Key Responsibilities: Deliver the ABA programme with consistency, accuracy and professionalism. Apply advanced teaching and behaviour management strategies in line with ABA principles. Collect, analyse and report data to inform programme adjustments. Provide feedback to the supervising Behavior Analyst and contribute to programme refinement. Maintain session quality, ensuring best practice and adherence to ethical standards (UK-SBA code of ethics). Demonstrate initiative in problem-solving and adapting teaching methods to the learner’s needs. Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience working as an ABA tutor or specialist SEND teaching experience in an educational setting. Strong understanding of ABA principles and direct application in one to one and/or group settings. Proficiency in data collection and session reporting. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Excellent communication skills with children, families and professionals. Reliability, professionalism, and a proactive approach to learning. Preferred: RBT certification. Must otherwise be willing to work towards gaining RBT or equivalent qualification.
