We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team. Duties
* Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our services.
* Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to build rapport.
* Maintain accurate records of calls made and customer interactions.
* Analyse customer responses to tailor conversations and improve sales techniques.
* Follow up on leads generated.
* Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
Experience
* Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is essential
* Ability to communicate fluently in English.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess customer needs effectively.
* Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive approach.
* A positive attitude and resilience in handling rejection are essential for success in this role.
Basic pay plus OTE earnings taking salary to
level one earnings of £29,000
level two earnings of £38,000
