Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced legal administrator/assistant to support their Legal Professionals across the Firm. This role features a varied and diverse workload and is based at their office on the outskirts of Tamworth. It is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
Responsibilities
* Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls to clients, third parties and internal members.
* Diary management using Microsoft Outlook.
* Creating, editing and formatting various documents including letters, emails, court documents and others.
* Opening and closing client matters.
* Maintaining client matters to ensure they are up to date and accurate.
* Scanning documents received and saving to the correct client matter.
* Copying documents.
* Reception cover if required.
* Hospitality duties if required.

Salary & Working Hours
Salary is £23,000 – £25,000 per annum depending on experience. Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm.
