Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate solicitor or Legal Executive, to join our fast paced, rapidly growing, friendly and highly regarded Community Care & Welfare team.
Reporting to the Partner and Head of Team, you will manage a caseload of privately fee-paying clients while receiving close supervision and ongoing training from senior members of the team.

The team specialises in the provision of highly tailored education, health, social care and welfare advice to Court of Protection Deputies, their clients and professionals in respect of children and adults living with a disability, injury or illness.
Experience/ Attributes required
Essential Skills
1. Experience or demonstrable interest in Community Care/Public Law and/or Court of Protection matters, including overlapping issues relating to Property & Affairs and Health & Welfare. Experience of working with and advising Court of Protection Deputies, their clients and professionals such as case managers.
2. Ability to manage a caseload of clients with appropriate supervision and mentoring.
3. Strong client care and interpersonal skills.
