Are you an experienced Private Client lawyer with a passion for Tax & Succession Planning?
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a newly formed, high-profile team at a respected regional law firm, offering genuine flexibility, excellent support, and clear routes for progression.
You'll work closely with an experienced team of Partners and Senior Associates, advising a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and families with complex asset portfolios. This is a key growth area for the firm, and you'll have a real opportunity to shape the future of this specialist service offering.
Key Responsibilities:
Advising on complex estates and succession planning, involving high-net-worth clients with diverse tax profiles
Providing estate planning advice covering Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains, and (ideally) Corporate Taxes
Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to deliver integrated, holistic advice
Offering technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members
Staying ahead of legislative changes, proactively advising clients on implications
Playing an active role in business development initiatives to grow the firm's client base in this niche area
