Rate of Pay: £17.35 - £23.33 per hour
Summary:
Business Systems Analyst role supporting the delivery, development, and maintenance of finance-related digital systems, including Oracle. The role involves working closely with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure systems are efficient, compliant, and meet business needs, while providing ongoing support, reporting, and system improvements.
Responsibilities:
* Support and manage the lifecycle of finance systems, including Oracle and related applications.
* Work with internal teams and suppliers to configure and improve systems based on business requirements.
* Provide 3rd line support, troubleshoot system issues, and implement fixes.
* Develop reports, data extracts, and interfaces to support business needs.
* Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
Qualifications:
* Educated to A-Level standard (or equivalent) or relevant experience in systems analysis.
Essential Requirements:
* Experience working with Management Information Systems (MIS) or digital business systems.
* Strong data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience supporting or developing finance systems (e.g. Oracle).
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
