Description
The Real Estate Partner will be:
* Handling a broad range of commercial property matters including development, investment and corporate occupier work
* Advising an established client base on complex and high value real estate transactions
* Supporting the continued growth of the Leeds Real Estate offering
* Developing and maintaining strong client relationships across the Yorkshire market
* Helping on business development initiatives and networking opportunities
* Assisting with the management, mentoring and development of junior lawyers within the team
* Working with Partners and teams across the wider national and international business
* Playing a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the department
* Identifying opportunities to expand existing client relationships and generate new work
* Representing the firm within the regional business community
Profile
The Real Estate Partner should be:
* A solicitor with significant PQE in Commercial Property law
* Currently operating at Partner level within a recognised Real Estate practice
* Experienced in handling development, investment and occupier work
* Able to demonstrate a strong client following and established market contacts
* Commercially minded with strong business development capabilities
* Experienced in supervising and mentoring junior team members
* Skilled at managing complex transactions and maintaining high client service standards
Job Offer
* Salary ranging from £150,000 to £200,000 per annum.
* Partner benefits, including a car allowance.
