Mortgage Administrator – Home Working 100% Full Time PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking a Full Time highly experienced Mortgage Administrator to join an Appointed Representative partner firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation. Our highly valued AR partner is a small but super busy and successful Mortgage & Protection advisory business based in Southampton. We are looking for a Full Time highly experienced Mortgage Administrator who will ideally have experience of the PRIMIS Toolbox systems. We are specifically looking for a minimum of 3 years’ experience of Mortgage Administration within a Mortgage Brokerage. Monies are DOE and negotiable but the FTE (Full Time Equivalent) amount is circa £26,000 - £30,000 DOE Responsibilities: Regular liaison with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status Proactively progress mortgage and protection applications through to completion Dealing with incoming calls and emails Data entry of mortgage & protection applications Skills & Experience Required: A minimum of 3 years mortgage administration experience within broking. Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently. Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral. Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service. A team player with ability to use own initiative.
