What are we looking for?

Checkmarx is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager for our European Marketing team. This role involves shaping and executing marketing strategies for the UK, Netherlands, and Nordics (NEUR), driving demand through integrated programs with direct efforts and partners. The ideal candidate is a proactive marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced B2B environment and is passionate about impactful campaigns. The regional split is approximately 80% UKI, 10% Netherlands, and 10% Nordics. The role reports to the Director of Marketing, Europe.


How will you make an impact?

1. Regional Marketing Strategy: Own all marketing efforts in NEUR, aligning with sales to support pipeline growth and business objectives.
2. Integrated Campaigns: Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns tailored to target audiences, personas, and industries.
3. Event Management: Lead digital, virtual, and in-person events, ensuring ROI and pipeline generation.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate closely with stakeholders (Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Channel) to secure buy-in and align initiatives.
5. Partner Marketing: Oversee partner activities and develop joint campaigns with channel partners.
6. Content & PR: Collaborate with Corporate Marketing to localize content and drive regional PR and social media.
7. Lead Management: Ensure SDR teams promptly follow up on leads post-marketing activities.
8. Budget & Performance: Manage regional marketing budget, track KPIs and ROI, and refine strategies for impact.
9. Vendor Management: Research, negotiate, and manage vendors and service providers.
10. Digital Marketing: Work with Digital Marketing Manager to maximize ROI on digital spend.
