We are excited to announce that Raindrops Day Nursery Limited is expanding and is seeking to employ motivated qualified, experienced practitioners with a level 3 Child care Qualification. This position is for Full time, working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week. However we could consider a Part Time role for the right candidate that makes up part of a Job Share.
Raindrops are looking for staff to complement the existing team.
Who have a warm smiling face that makes every child feel special and loved.
The ability to sing in tune is not necessary, however the ability to sing out of tune in front of a crowd is essential.
You must enjoy the endless cups of tea, playdough food and shaving foam ice creams.
you must be able to distribute warm hugs as required.
You preferably do not have an aversion to an environment that at times resembles the aftermath of a tornado.
You must be prepared to feel loved, special, and important to many young children and their families. There is simply no other job quite like this.
Ability to use a variety of techniques to clearly and successfully communicate with both children and adults
in addition, you must have a sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage, a strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the wider Legislative requirements for working with children. The ability to build trust and strong working relationships with both colleagues and parents
