We are looking to recruit a Digital Clinical Systems Facilitator to join our Digital Clinical Systems Team.
The team provides clinical system support to end users adding data to electronic patient records across Sirona, which covers community-based healthcare across BNSSG (Bristol, North Somerset, and South Glos).
The role is primarily home-based, connecting with end users via phone or Microsoft Teams. Support at multiple sites across BNSSG is required, so a clean driving license and access to a car are essential.
You will work within the Digital department alongside our IT Service Desk, Desktop Engineers, IT Training, and Business Intelligence teams.

You will be expected to:
* Communicate effectively with system users
* Approach workload with a flexible attitude
* Meet face-to-face with end-users on large projects
* Support hardware and digital clinical systems such as EMIS, Connecting Care, and Adastra
* Implement new processes/systems
* Deliver training

Person Specification
Qualifications and Training
* A good standard of education in English, Math, and IT or business studies to A-level or equivalent (e.g., HNC, foundation course)
* Intermediate or advanced Excel skills
* Intermediate or advanced Visio skills
* Experience of business process mapping
* Valid driving license and own transport
* Expert knowledge of EMIS configuration and usage
* Implementation of systems on mobile devices
* Evidence of ongoing technical or systems development
* ISEB business analysis qualification or equivalent experience
* ITIL foundation or above qualifications
* Experience with alternative clinical systems used in community healthcare
Skills, Experience, and Knowledge
* Ability to train users in person or over the phone
* Relevant experience in a customer-facing role
* Experience working on large projects
* Experience with mobile devices
* Experience in a client-facing environment
* Creativity in engaging stakeholders through various communication methods
* Experience working with EMIS
* Knowledge of implementing new processes/systems
* Experience configuring systems in healthcare settings
