You will be working for one of the UK’s leading health care providers.</p><p>The latest flagship nursing home in historic Holt is the embodiment of elegance and luxury living, offering residential, dementia, respite and nursing care in a beautiful and well‑designed setting.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Supporting and deputising for the Home Manager, you will provide inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues and oversee the delivery of high‑quality clinical and pastoral care.</li><li>You will be the home’s nurse expert and your role will combine nursing skills with managerial and leadership responsibilities.</li><li>You will focus on residents with complex needs, ensuring compliance with the latest guidelines, making far‑reaching decisions, and maintaining the highest levels of clinical governance while regularly auditing practices and procedures.</li><li>Care plan development and assessments.</li><li>Look after all our residents alongside the team and offer personalised, centred care.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Skills and Experience</h3><ul><li>Previous Deputy Home Manager experience.</li><li>The ability to engage with service users to understand their needs in order to provide excellent care services.</li><li>Good working knowledge of CQC standards.</li><li>The ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals, families, visitors and staffing teams.</li><li>Good clinical skills.</li><li>Promote ownership of care programmes by fully involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing and evaluating care programmes within the home.</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><p>The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary of GBP57,500 per annum. This exciting role is a permanent full‑time role for 40 hours a week, working through day shifts.
