Taylor Woodrow is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial management of Enfield Council's £6Bn Meridian Water regeneration project.
This £120M scheme includes site remediation, new roads, bridges, flood mitigation, utilities installation (electricity, gas, water, comms), and extensive landscaped parkland.
Duties
• Assist in implementing project commercial start-up procedures.
• Prepare and manage work package documentation, tender invitations, and evaluations in line with VINCI procurement policies.
• Support procurement of materials and services, ensuring compliance and robust record-keeping.
• Monitor and manage valuations, applications for payment, variations, and final accounts to maximise project value and cash flow.
• Produce accurate cost reports, forecasts, and contribute to setting financial targets.
• Work closely with the supply chain to drive cost efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities.
• Support the Commercial Manager in client negotiations and dispute resolution as required.
Person Specification
• Formal qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
• Proven experience as a QS or Senior QS on large-scale civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts.
• Chartered or working towards chartership desirable.

Hours: Full Time - 40 hours - Monday to Friday
