We’re working in partnership with a well-established and growing insurance brokerage to recruit a Commercial Account Executive for their Consumer & Local Commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven insurance professional to join a forward-thinking business where they will manage and develop a portfolio of B2B clients-ranging from sole traders to large corporates. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening client relationships, driving new business, and contributing to the continued success of the local commercial team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing commercial clients
* Work alongside the Branch Manager to achieve team and business objectives
* Generate business through marketing, networking, and community engagement
* Identify new opportunities and deliver consultative advice and tailored insurance products
EXPERIENCE
* Proven ability to win new business and build long-term client relationships
* Strong commercial acumen and a passion for business development
* A consultative, client-first approach with strong listening and communication skills
DAY-TO-DAY
* Attend client meetings and networking events
* Support clients with expert advice and customised solutions
* Identify and follow up on growth opportunities
* Collaborate with internal teams to meet performance targets
