Litigation Solicitor
Salary: £55,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
* Handle a varied caseload of litigation matters, including:Insolvency disputes, Property litigation, Debt recovery, Breach of contract claims
* Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
* Manage all aspects of litigation processes, including drafting legal documents, liaising with clients, and attending court when necessary.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate in England and Wales.
* Proven experience in litigation
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to manage a busy caseload
