What you’ll be doing
* Lead CSV processes, QMS improvements & SOP excellence.
* Investigate product complaints & ensure supplier compliance.
* Drive audits, inspections, and critical quality issue resolutions.
* Champion quality best practices across the business.
What we are looking for
* Degree in life/physical sciences, engineering, or similar.
* Proven QA experience in healthcare (medicines & devices).
* Confidence navigating global regulations & influencing teams.
* Strong communication & stakeholder management skills.
