Due to continuous growth, Linney Display is offering an exciting opportunity for a Cardboard Engineer to join our award-winning team. The right candidate might come from a background in cardboard engineering, packaging, structural design, or product design.
We seek a problem solver who enjoys challenges and collaborates well with a diverse team to turn creative concepts into final products or displays.

Candidates should have experience with engineering software such as Artios CAD, AutoCAD, Kasemake, Impact, or similar. The role involves balancing creativity with practicality to develop innovative, eye-catching, cost-effective displays that meet brand and retailer guidelines. Collaboration with a team of designers, engineers, and project managers is essential.
As a Cardboard/Structural Designer, your responsibilities include:
* Creating award-winning cardboard engineering cutter guides.
* Understanding manufacturing processes and optimizing for value engineering and efficiency.
* Conducting weight testing and experimenting with new structures, prototypes, and materials.
* Communicating effectively with design and sales teams to ensure designs meet client specifications and retail standards.
* Handling a range of projects from simple shelf trays to complex displays and event setups.
* Adapting quickly in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks.
* Pushing creative boundaries and challenging conventions.
