Are you a skilled Maintenance Engineer looking to join a fast-paced FMCG environment where no two days are the same? We're looking for a proactive and hands-on engineer to join our team in Corby, supporting high-speed production lines and helping us keep operations running smoothly 24/7.

Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out reactive and planned maintenance on a range of production and packaging equipment
* Diagnose and resolve breakdowns quickly to minimise downtime
* Support continuous improvement and reliability projects
* Work closely with production teams to ensure equipment runs at optimal efficiency
* Maintain accurate records using CMMS systems
About You:
* Qualified in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent)
* Proven experience within an FMCG, food, or manufacturing environment
* Strong fault-finding skills on PLCs, conveyors, and automated systems
* Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities
* Willingness to work Panama shifts (days & nights)
