As a Pastoral/Behaviour Support Assistant, you will provide support to students, monitor behaviour, and work closely with teachers to ensure students receive the necessary support to excel academically. Responsibilities: Offering support to students with their studies, including one-to-one or small group sessions. Monitoring behaviour, identifying and addressing patterns of poor behaviour.
