We’re seeking a motivated Apprenticeship Skills Coach to deliver learner-centered support for Level 3-5 apprenticeship programmes.
As an independent vocational education provider, we are looking for positive, dynamic individuals eager to help others progress through their apprenticeships. This is an exciting employment opportunity for candidates interested in delivering apprenticeships.
Responsibilities
* Manage a remote caseload of learners, guiding them through their apprenticeship journey.
* Deliver high-quality coaching, tailored support, and regular progress tracking.
* Visit learners in the workplace or remotely, training and assessing them to ensure successful apprenticeship completion.
* Prepare learners for End-Point Assessment (EPA) and ensure timely achievement.
* Track progress and implement interventions to maintain engagement.
* Liaise with employers to align training with business needs and apprenticeship criteria.
* Maintain accurate records in line with funding and Ofsted requirements.
* Provide pastoral support and motivation to learners facing challenges.
* Stay current with industry trends to enhance delivery and outcomes.
Requirements
* Vocational expertise in management, leadership, and business.
* Own transport and ability to cover the South if required (remote delivery).
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to manage workload effectively, including travel for learner visits.
* Ability to deliver training sessions to groups and individuals.
* Organised and methodical working approach.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Self-motivated and team-oriented.
* Good literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE A-C or equivalent).
* TAQA or Assessors award (or willingness to work towards).
* NVQ/Apprenticeship L2 or L3 qualification (preferred but not essential).
Additional desirable experience
* Experience coaching or training learners in apprenticeship or education settings.
* Experience delivering Coaching Professional Level 3-5 and/or leadership/management programmes.
* Recognised assessor qualification (e.g., CAVA, TAQA, A1).
