Warehouse Operative - Altrincham
We are excited to partner with a successful and growing company in Altrincham to recruit an experienced Warehouse Operative. If you have at least two years of warehouse experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team that values dedication, reliability, and long-term progression. In this role, you'll play a key part in the smooth operation of a busy warehouse.
Responsibilities:
* Picking and packing orders accurately
* Unloading containers and managing deliveries
* Replenishing stock and maintaining cleanliness
* Participating in stock takes and inventory control
* Palletising goods for dispatch
* Ensuring a safe working environment
* Collaborating with team members to meet deadlines
* Assisting with other warehouse duties as needed
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years experience in a warehouse or similar setting
* Experience as a Warehouse Assistant, Stores Operative, Picker/Packer, or Goods In Operative within theApparel/clothing/textiles industry
* Strong attention to detail
* Positive attitude with a strong team ethic
* FLT experience is advantageous but not essential
* Willingness to undergo training for FLT license
* Reliable and punctual
* Ability to work well under pressure
Location: Altrincham
Salary: £25,570 + Bonus + Overtime
Hours:June–August: Mon–Fri, 7:50am–4:30pm,Sept–May: Mon–Fri, 7:50am–5:00pm
Breaks: Paid morning and afternoon breaks, unpaid lunch
