Working pattern: 8.20am - 4.00pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday and 8.20am - 3.10pm Tuesdays
Actual salary £23,212 - £25,765 per annum

We are seeking an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team.
The successful candidate will supervise classes during short-term teacher absences, communicate work set by teachers, keep learners on task, and maintain high standards of behaviour. The role also involves supervising small groups of learners who have been temporarily removed from lessons.
We are looking for an exceptional candidate with:
* Relevant experience working with young people in an educational setting
* High expectations and a commitment to help learners fulfil their potential
* A strong classroom presence
* The ability to establish fair, respectful, and supportive relationships with learners
* A high level of verbal and written communication skills
