Job Description
An established and growing legal practice in Blackburn is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Training Manager to lead and develop its conveyancing training programme.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior conveyancing solicitor, fee earner or manager who is passionate about mentoring, compliance, and raising standards across a busy residential property department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, implement and manage a structured training programme for residential conveyancing staff
* Deliver technical training on all aspects of the conveyancing process (sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new builds, leasehold matters)
* Monitor file quality and compliance with regulatory standards
* Support fee earners with complex technical queries
* Develop onboarding and progression pathways for junior staff
* Work closely with senior management to drive performance and best practice
The Successful Candidate will ideally have:
* Significant experience in residential conveyancing (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or equivalent)
* Strong technical knowledge of the full conveyancing lifecycle
* Previous training, mentoring, or supervisory experience
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Strong understanding of compliance and risk management
