This role will have exposure to a mix between AR, Treasury, and AP as core day-to-day tasks, with scope to be involved with management accounts, process improvements, rebates, etc on a regular basis. It will be based in our Maldon site on a hybrid basis (4 days per week office based at our Maldon, Essex site) 1. Accounts Receivable Management : AR reporting and follow-up on aged debtor collections. Collaborate efficiently with Customer Care and Commercial Managers. 2. Treasury responsibilities : Bank reconciliation. FX swaps & cash flow forecasting. 3. General Ledger accounting: Support Financial Controller in maintaining the accuracy of multiple financial ledgers. 4. Accounts Payable responsibilities : AP Specialist cover, providing support for processing of invoices and payment runs. 5. Year-End Statutory Audit Support : Assist with statutory audit requirements. 6. Other opportunities: Able to be involved with other projects according to personal growth and development objectives, including customer rebates, management accounting, reconciliations, process improvements, etc. Involving both internal and external stakeholders. Part - fully Qualified AAT ideally, min 5 year's Experience, fluent in English, manufacturing experience desirable. Successful candidate will need to prove their right to work in the UK.
