About the Role
* Complete welfare checks throughout the night on individuals following their individual care plan
* Support them to do personal care while encouraging independence
* Ensuring we are keeping the residential homes clean and tidy
* Provide physical and emotional support for our individuals during a waking night shift
* Accurately reporting and recording on our in-house digital platform
* Safely administer medication to individuals when required once full training has been given
Working Times
* 2 week rolling rota
* Night shifts: 20.00-08.00
About You
We look for 5 key qualities in our Support Workers – integrity, self-awareness, humility, passion and pro-activeness. You will need a keen drive to make a difference to the lives of the individuals we support.

**The advertised salary is based on a full-time contract in which you are expected to work every other weekend. Home From Home Care has implemented a £1 per hour pay increase when working between 22:00pm Friday to 7:00am Monday**
