Join Our IT Services Team! We are seeking a Service Desk Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact between IT Services and BU end users, delivering first-line technical support and aiming to resolve the majority of issues on the first call. Your expertise and customer-focused approach will ensure a seamless IT experience for our users. What You'll Do: Provide first-line technical support for all IT-related queries. Troubleshoot and resolve issues using remote tools and diagnostic techniques. Keep users updated on their issues and inform them of any changes. Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions. Help us enhance and refine our services for an even better user experience. What We’re Looking For: Great communication skills to work with staff and students across campus. Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
